Country Hills' Tuesday morning Senior League is open to any senior golfer age 60 and over. Already established groups and/or individual players are welcome to join - no weekly commitment is required. The league has a 9:00 a.m. start time (10 a.m. in spring and fall). Winter rules are in effect and forward tees are used.
This Memorial Day weekend, join us for the Stars & Stripes Shamble – a fun and meaningful way to honor our veterans! In this 2-player, 9-hole event, each team receives a patriotic ball. The goal is simple: keep your patriotic ball the entire round! Teams that return with their ball will have the chance to split the entry fee pot, with 50% of all proceeds going to Greenview AMVETS to support veterans.
The tournament format is a shamble where each player tees off, the team chooses the best drive, and then players play their own ball the rest of the way in – team score is the best score. Teams may choose to play their round any day of Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday-Monday).

Represent your roots in the 2nd annual Alumni Cup at Country Hills! This fun, team-style 4-player scramble invites players to form 4-person teams made up of alumni or faculty/staff from the same school. Whether you’re repping your high school, college, military branch, or trade program, it’s time to gather your classmates and compete for bragging rights!
Teams can be made up of classmates from the same graduating year, the same decade, or simply proud alumni of the same institution—it's all about shared roots and reconnecting with your alma mater.

Join us for Beelzebub’s Battle, a Halloween-themed 6-6-6 golf tournament at Country Hills! In this 2-player event, teams will play 18 holes with three different formats: 6-holes scramble, 6-holes best ball, 6-holes alternate shot. Entry fee is $25 per team (greens fees and carts additional - season passes honored). Flighted after play so all skills levels have a chance to win! Costumes encouraged—enjoy the fall weather, and show off your spooky spirit! Tee times can be made anytime over Halloween Weekend (October 30-31, November 1).
Our Players Invite is a two-day, 36-hole individual stroke play tournament open to Season Pass holders, league members, 2024 Players Invite participants, and anyone who plays the majority of their rounds at Country Hills. And new this year, the field will also be opened up to all golfers in Menard and Mason Counties! Each ‘player’ is encouraged to invite one guest to participate in the event.
Divisions will be available for Men, Ladies, and Seniors. The tournament will be flighted after Saturday’s round, with the number of flights determined once all Saturday play is complete. Entry fee is $30 per player (does not include greens fees or carts).
Join us for Petals, Pars & Peaches, a unique event that combines golf, flowers, and fresh peaches into one great end-of-summer weekend. Whether you’re a golfer or not, there’s something for everyone! Couples can team up for the Labor (of Love) Day Couples Tournament, a 9-hole scramble with fun twists. For flower lovers, wander through our brand-new cut flower garden near the #1 tee and create your own arrangement from our bouquet bar (11am-1pm). We’ll also have special flower-themed activities for kids! And those with a sweet tooth won’t want to miss the Peachy Treats station, where you can enjoy and purchase delicious desserts made with fresh peaches from Jefferies Orchard. It’s all part of our Fairway Fundays Series, designed to bring the community together for a relaxed and enjoyable day outdoors.

Play anytime on Labor Day Weekend (Sat-Mon)! A $20 per team entry fee will be charged in addition to golf fees (season passes honored). The tournament will be flighted based on number of entries.
The event is open to boys and girls ages 8-18; separate divisions for boys and girls ages 14-18.

Boys and girls ages 6-17 are invited to participate in our Junior Golf Clinic. We will be using the SNAG® Golf program, one of the best first touch programs to effectively teach the game of golf to people of all ages and ability levels. SNAG, which stands for 'starting new at golf', contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form. Kids do not need their own set of clubs to participate -- all equipment will be provided.
