The Clubhouse and Banquet Room at Country Hills are also available year-round for non-golf related events such as business meetings, family reunions, parties, and receptions.

Our event spaces & capacities

Our 1200 sq. ft. private banquet room can accommodate up to 110 guests seated. From the nine-foot picture window, guests can enjoy an astounding view that captures our three-acre lake and portions of seven holes on the front nine. French doors lead to a bi-level deck which overlooks the starting and finishing holes on the front nine. Our clubhouse pro shop can seat 24 people; additionally, the covered patio will accommodate 24-40 people.

We partner with multiple caterers and will be happy to coordinate a meal or appetizers for your special occasion. Only approved outside catering services will be allowed.

Barn Desserts

We specialize in sweets!  Our homemade desserts and baked goods are available for events hosted at Country Hills or by special order and at local businesses/festivals.

Fees

Banquet room rental is $75 per hour. A 10% caterer’s venue fee will be applied to all catered meals to assist with kitchen use/maintenance use costs.

Beverage Service

We offer alcoholic beverages to compliment your function. All alcoholic beverages and service are strictly regulated by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. Country Hills is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Therefore, no liquor or wine may be brought into the clubhouse from outside sources. At the discretion of the staff, bar service to certain individuals may be suspended. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed on the premises.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in Country Hills clubhouse or banquet room. An outdoor patio area is available for smokers.

Liability

Country Hills reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damages to the premises will be charged to the person(s) responsible for booking the event. That person is responsible for repair or replacement costs. We cannot assume responsibility for damages, theft, loss of merchandise, or belongings which occur prior to, during, or after an event. Due to health codes, no food can be removed from the banquet room.
